Export Account Manager for a Danish Multi-Brand Design House

Rosendahl Design Group’s international sales are growing, and further international expansion is a key component of the company’s strategy.

We are now looking for an Export Account Manager to manage and develop selected international markets together with our local partners. Our ideal candidate comes with several years of experience in working commercially and with a result-driven and international mindset.

Your profile

  • You have a strong business mind with a solid track record in international market growth.
  • You are highly skilled in managing and building long-term partnerships with international partners (agents, direct retail partners and distributors).
  • You collaborate ambitiously and with an open mind towards shared goals.
  • You have a positive mindset and find it natural to look for solutions and new opportunities.
  • You find it satisfying to deliver a task thoroughly done.
  • You are driven by building strong relations internally and externally.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in consumer goods, design or lifestyle sectors with a structured and operational approach in managing markets and accounts. Fluency in business Danish and English is a must, other languages are a bonus.

Areas of responsibility

  • Develop and grow existing selected export markets: Benelux, France, Italy, Greece and Cyprus. Possibility for additional market responsibility.
  • Plan, execute and follow up of business growth plans in co-operation with our local partners.
  • Plan and coordinate execution of campaigns and marketing activities with local business partners.
  • High level operational support for local business partner.
  • Continuously contribute to the improvement of our operational processes for international partnerships
  • Budget responsibility for selected markets.
  • Solid experience of using the entire Microsoft Office package. Particularly Excel for budget management and analyzing sales performance as well as PowerPoint for presentation and reporting.
  • Expected travel days – 15-25 days annually.

You will be part Rosendahl Design Group’s global sales team, driven by a high level of ambition and a strong commercial mindset. You will report to the Head of Export and will be based at our beautiful head office in Hørsholm - just outside Copenhagen.
